Discover Your Inner Sanctuary
MindShift Disco™ at PSL Green Market at Sidonia
A MindShift Disco™ neuro-hypnotic experience at PSL Green Market at Sidonia is held inside the First Congregational Church in the comfort of the air conditioning so dress accordingly. If you would like to experience the session laying down please bring a yoga mat and I have a few anti-gravity chairs available. However you choose to unwind, you’ll leave feeling calm, clear, and intentional. When you're done you can enjoy the local food and gift item vendors on your way out. It's a great way to spend your day.
