Honestly, most of us don't even pay attention to the continuous thoughts that run through our head each day. Amazingly though we pay attention to the negative ones. I always wondered why do we pay attention to the negative ones? They leave triggers, you have to make sure the good triggers outweigh the bad.
It takes persistence and refusing to settle! If you find yourself settling you need to fall in love with yourself and know your value!
