Absolutely! Being hypnotized is a unique experience that can vary from person to person. Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and focused attention where the individual becomes more responsive to suggestions. While under hypnosis, you are still aware of your surroundings, and you retain your ability to make decisions and control your actions.
Zoom Sessions are best with earbuds or headphones because you're less likely to be interrupted and you can hear my voice clearly.
Definitely avoid caffeine or other stimulants for at least an hour preferably 2 hours prior to your hypnosis experience for best results. Caffeine will inhibit your ability to be hypnotized.
